Mrs. Lee Anne Hardy

I am a proud alumni of Lenoir County Public schools having graduated from South Lenoir High School, home of the Blue Devils! I am also an alumni of Lenoir Community College in which I received an Associate in Arts as well as East Carolina University where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Elementary Education Certification, and a Masters in Curriculum and Administration. Go Pirates! I have also received National Board Certification in early education and have served LCPS as an elementary teacher, assistant principal at the elementary and middle school levels, and principal. I can truly say that I have found pleasure and reward in every capacity of my career in educating children.

I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. I have deep rooted family ties to Lenoir County and this is my forever home. I believe the education of our children is the very foundation on which our great nation is built. To quote W. E. B. Du Bois, “Education is that whole system of human training within and without the school house walls, which molds and develops men.” Educating our children is the joint responsibility of parents and the school. It is my sincere hope to continue to witness the growth and elevation of our students here at Pink Hill Elementary.
